		<description>I totally agree!  I have been posing the following question to teachers:

Are we teaching to reach proficiency or do you want to leave a legacy? How we answer that question determines every action and interaction that exists in our classrooms. When learners are a part of something &quot;BIG&quot;, when they know the value of the work at hand and the importance of their role in that work....you have left a legacy. Ironically, you have also reached proficiency.</description>

I don&#039;t know if that is a great quality to have either......not feeling totally satisfied and always striving for more.</description>
